The engraving path of the fine numerical control engraving machine
When engraving a workpiece using a CNC wood engraving machine, the engraving is divided into two-dimensional engraving and three-dimensional engraving; the drilling is divided into points, contours and area drilling. The CNC engraving machine has different engraving paths, so let's take a look.
1. Intaglio: The engraved material left behind is a concave text or pattern.
Yang Engraving: The engraved material leaves a embossed text or pattern, commonly known as a sun or a positive image.
2. Engraving depth: processing depth. In three-dimensional engraving, the depth of the engraving path changes continuously with the shape of the processing pattern.
3, layered engraving: "layered engraving" appearing in 2D, 3D, cutting, and image engraving, each feeding does not exceed [ ] mm, indicating that each time the tool enters the depth of the material, the texture is hard. The material is layered and engraved several times according to the empirical value, and the engraving depth of the design is finally completed.
4, mosaic path: is a design graphic, after the inscription and the negative engraving, the two parts are called the negative and the male mold respectively; the two molds can be buckled together without gaps. Considering the influence of the tool, When calculating the engraving path, one of them must be selected as "inlaid path".
5. Tool compensation: During the machining process, the tool itself has a cutting width. After adding "tool compensation", it can automatically eliminate the influence of the tool edge width on the machining effect.
6. Rotation direction when hooking: When cutting and milling, select the appropriate direction of the hook, which can make the side of the processed object smoother.
7. Milling method: In the calculation of 2D and 3D paths, milling is a common processing method, which is to mill the free part of the object or text. Commonly used milling methods are: horizontal milling, vertical Milling bottom, forward 45 degree milling bottom, reverse 45 degree milling bottom, circular milling bottom, but no matter which way you choose, the result is the same, the only difference is the path of the tool walking during machining.
8. Tool selection: When processing objects of different materials and hardness, in order to ensure the processing efficiency and ensure the processing effect, it is necessary to select the appropriate machining tool. Users can set and name their own commonly used tools.
